How accurate is license plate recognition?
Recognition accuracy reaches 99%+ for standard plates in daylight, and infrared illumination ensures reliable recognition at night and in poor visibility.
Does the system recognize plates at night?
Yes. The ANPR camera has built-in infrared illumination and a wide dynamic range, so plates are read reliably at any time of day, including Russian regional and trailer plates.
How does the barrier open for registered vehicles?
The camera reads the plate, the software checks the white list in the local or cloud database, and the barrier opens automatically within 1–2 seconds after recognition.
Where are access records stored?
Records are stored in a cloud database and duplicated on a local memory card, so history is preserved even without internet and is available for remote administration.
What happens if a plate is not recognized?
The vehicle can be opened remotely by an operator, by intercom, or by an alternative credential (RFID card, code, QR). All such events are logged for later review.
Can the system be integrated with payment and access control systems?
Yes. The terminal supports integration with ticketless payment, parking POS software, SСUD and accounting systems via TCP/IP, RS485 and open APIs.
